I remember when you could only get to little bits of the Thames in Kingston – mostly down alleyways. There was one next to Woolworths.

I remember a television programme about the French Resistance. No idea who was in it or what it was called, but I was fascinated by the coded messages they used. ‘There is a white lamb in the field at midnight’ sort of stuff.

I remember Damien Barber turning his trilby round to mimic the baseball cap the street dancer had just turned back-to-front during The Lock In. Then going into Morris moves.
